Every year, Cheer Seattle selects a local non-profit that shares our philosophy of health & and wellness. Throughout the season, Cheer Seattle participates in various events that help raise funds and strongly relies on generous donations from our patrons.

Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center’s mission is to cultivate access and connections to promote self-determination, liberation, and joy in LGBTQ+ communities. They are the definitive hub for LGBTQ+ individuals in King County seeking affirming and responsive resources, wellness, and community.
Their commitment to the LGBTQ+ community is exemplified through inclusive services and a nurturing environment that is rooted in trust, mutual respect, self-determination, and confidentiality. They are an accessible, trusted resource for LGBTQ+ communities in the region, and the first place many queer and trans people look to for support.
Today, the Center remains the leading HIV/STI tester in King County, home to several LGBTQ-affirming services, and provides access to several diverse resources. The organization is also an active force in queer youth engagement and provides LGBTQ-centered training that addresses the needs of the most marginalized people within our community.
